Best Practice: Know Your Time Zones

ALWAYS speak to your prospects in terms of "THEIR" time zone.  Empathize and be aware of who you are speaking to and what time it is where they are.  Schedule the next appointment in terms of "THEIR" time.  Have a map in front of you and/or use an online mapping tool such as google maps to know the exact time of day and how it differs to our central time zone.
