Fundamental Cold Call Questions:

Are you the one reviewing your statements for merchant processing each month?

What percentage of your Visa, Mastercard, and Discover transactions are Swiped/Card Present vs Keyed/Card Not Present?

What brand and model of terminal, point of sale system, or software are you using to process transactions?

Are you taking payments mostly from individuals or businesses and how does that percentage breakdown look?
